The Role:
As a
Personal Trainer
, you'll take members from "thinking about it" to "doing it" -- guiding them through every rep, every set, and every milestone. You'll motivate, challenge, and educate, helping our community reach new heights in health and fitness.
What You'll Do:
Coach one-on-one and small group sessions with intensity and focus.
Assess member fitness, set goals, and build customized training programs.
Keep clients accountable and motivated to reach their full potential.
Track progress, adjust programs, and celebrate results.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment.
Drive engagement by promoting training services and programs.
Stay on top of fitness trends, new techniques, and certifications.
What You Bring:
Certified Personal Trainer (CanFitPro, ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent).
CPR/AED certification (required).
Passion for fitness and helping people achieve real results.
Energy, motivation, and the ability to push others (and yourself!).
Experience working with a variety of clients and fitness levels is a plus.
Knowledge of Ontario health and safety standards.
