As a Personal Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their tax preparation needs, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while maximizing their financial benefits. You will utilize your core skills in accounting and accounting software, skills in QuickBooks and Sage would be an asset.
Strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be essential as you analyze financial data and provide tailored advice.
Must have valid access to CRA and the ability to work within their platform.
Experience completing rental properties and small businesses is required.
Knowledge and experience with asset dispositions, including shared dispositions, rental properties and cottages are required.
Ability to work independently and assist other staff as needed.
Able to work on site, with reliable transportation
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in Tax preparation required.

February 20,2026 until end May 2026, with potential to extend if the right fit
