All positions within GHHS require:

Minimum 6-9 months experience in a long-term care setting Recognized PSW certificate and verification (eg. NACC, etc.) Vulnerable Sector Check within 6 months 2 step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months Mask Fit, CPR Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset) COVID passport with QR

Do you have at least 6 months of EMPLOYMENT experience in Long Term Care? Student Placement will not be considered Employment. Do you have a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and 2 TB Tests completed within the last 6 months ? Or a Chest Xray within the last 12 months. Are you available to start immediately? Do you have a recognized Ontario PSW certificate?
