We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Vietnamese or Filipinos Support Workers to provide essential care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care environments. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort. Provide patient care including medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks like cleaning. Support clients with mobility needs through heavy lifting or transferring as required. Monitor health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals or supervisors promptly. Engage clients in social activities and companionship to foster emotional well-being. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Assist with specialized care needs including dementia care, hospice support, and working with individuals with disabilities. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Skills

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings is highly desirable. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient-centered support. Knowledge of medication administration, meal preparation, and basic nursing procedures. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs. Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients and team members. Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring dementia or hospice care is preferred. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing care needs. Physical stamina for performing tasks such as cleaning, assisting with transfers, and long periods of standing or walking.
