Assist clients with their activities of daily living (ADL) based on their individual needs. Includes, but not limited to: o Bathing/showering o Hygiene \xe2\x80\x93 skin, hair, oral care o Feeding o Dressing/grooming o Passive range of motion exercises o Walk and active living support \xe2\x80\x93 recreational activities (puzzles, music, simple crafts, etc) o Toileting/incontinence support o Transfers and lifts o Meal preparation o Light housekeeping o Safety supervision (monitoring for fall risk, wandering, appliance use) o Companionship support o Respite o Checking vitals o Follow individualized care plans as provided by Harmony o Document care delivered to the client and report significant changes to manager Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 PSW Certification or provincial equivalent \xc2\xb7 New graduate welcome to apply, we offer on the job training and mentorship to new PSWs \xc2\xb7 Previous experience working as a PSW, as an intern, coop, placement or in long term care, (private or public), community care, or private homes is an asset \xc2\xb7 Must be legally entitled to work in Canada \xc2\xb7 Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is a must \xc2\xb7 CPR and First Aid is a must \xc2\xb7 TB Test \xe2\x80\x93 for institutions/facilities \xc2\xb7 As per Ministry of Health guidelines and until further notice, we require validation of double vaccination What Harmony offers: \xc2\xb7 Competitive salary for your service \xc2\xb7 Mentorship and support \xc2\xb7 Personal Protective Equipment Job Types: Part-time, Casual Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Schedule:
