We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including home environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being and independence of clients, especially those with disabilities, minor sprains/strains, or requiring companionship and supervision. Duties

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including health monitoring under supervision Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe environment Support clients through engaging activities and companionship Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Support clients in participating in recreational activities to promote mental and physical well-being

Requirements

Prior experience in PSW Knowledge of patient care, caregiving techniques, and medication administration Experience working with people with disabilities or dementia is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed Valid certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $17.65-$25.00 per hour
