Job Summary


We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care environments. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the well-being and independence of clients, offering support with daily activities, medication management, and emotional care. Experience in senior care, hospice, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Duties



Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed Help clients with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and maintaining a safe environment Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Assist with transfers and heavy lifting to ensure safety for both clients and staff Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors Support clients with dementia or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements



Experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or home care preferred Knowledge of patient care, dementia care, and medication administration Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility needs Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic caregiving skills including meal preparation and light cleaning Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus Certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training is advantageous but not mandatory
