Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, hospice, and home care environments. Experience in senior care, dementia care, or working with people with disabilities is highly valued. Duties

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed Help with light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic environment Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Assist with transfers and heavy lifting to ensure safety during mobility assistance Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors Support clients with activities that promote independence and quality of life Follow care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia or hospice care protocols

Requirements

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or home care is preferred Knowledge of patient care techniques, medication administration, and caregiving best practices Ability to work with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those experiencing dementia or other health challenges Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with transfers safely Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; reliability is essential PSW Certification

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
