We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide essential care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, and home care environments. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed Help with light cleaning and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Assist with transfers and heavy lifting to ensure safety during mobility tasks Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams Support clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments through specialized caregiving techniques Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or home care is preferred Knowledge of patient care, dementia care, and working with people with disabilities is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to client support Experience in meal preparation and medication administration is a plus Excellent communication skills and patience when working with vulnerable populations Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; reliability is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.76-$27.91 per hour

Expected hours: 56 - 100 per week
