We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide essential care and assistance in private home. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalized care and support.
Duties
Assist with daily living activities such as dressing, and grooming
Support residents with mobility.
Help with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to client.
Follow care plans and report any changes in condition to healthcare professionals or family members
Skills
Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred
Knowledge of senior care and working with people with disabilities
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with client.
Work every Manday, Wedenesday and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm*
