We are currently seeking PSW's to provide exceptional in home client care using their acquired skills. Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.
Team Choice requires candidates to provide:
Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign trained health professional) with a minimum one year experience
Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months)
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months)
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Must be fluent in French
Proficiency to communicate in English (verbal and written)
Availability to work every other weekend
Reliability and Flexibility
Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset
Access to internet/mobile phone
High energy and excellent communication skills
