Personal Support Worker (psw)
Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable PSW to assist on the following schedule:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (weekly)
- Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Responsibilities may include:
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
- PSW certification or relevant caregiving experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia
- Punctuality and reliability
- Kind and respectful demeanor
- Clear communication skills
