We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, home care, and hospice environments. Duties

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety and comfort Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and sanitation tasks Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Assist with specialized care needs such as dementia care or working with individuals with disabilities Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams Support clients in participating in recreational activities and social engagement

Requirements

Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, home care, or hospice care is preferred Knowledge of patient care, caregiving techniques, and medication administration is highly desirable Experience working with seniors, people with disabilities, or individuals with dementia is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed Certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training is advantageous but not mandatory
