We are currently seeking a
Personal Support Worker (Male or Female)
with
excellent English proficiency
to provide compassionate care for a client requiring full assistance with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide complete personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Assist with safe repositioning and transfers using appropriate techniques
Offer emotional support and companionship
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment (light housekeeping, laundry, linens)
Prepare and serve nutritious meals following safety standards
Monitor and report any changes in condition promptly
Follow infection prevention and control protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
Required Qualifications
PSW Certificate from an accredited program
NAAC Certification
Current Vulnerable Sector Check
CPR & First Aid Certification
GPA Certification (or willingness to complete)
Food Handling Certificate
Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Experience with palliative care and bed-bound clients

Reliable and accountable with strong time management skills
