We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide in-home care for a client in a private residence. The ideal candidate will be supportive, patient, and comfortable assisting with daily routines while promoting independence and dignity.
Responsibilities Include:
Assistance with morning routines, including getting the client up, bed bath, and dressing Light housekeeping (e.g., tidying, laundry, dishes) Meal preparation Assisting the client with prescribed or guided exercises Providing companionship and supportive care in a respectful manner
Note: Assistance with toileting is not required.
Qualifications:
PSW certification or relevant caregiving experience preferred Experience providing in-home care is an asset Reliable, punctual, and compassionate Ability to follow care instructions and communicate effectively Must be able to work the specified schedule consistently
Additional Details:
Care is provided in the client's home Training or orientation will be provided as needed
