As a Caregiver, you'll be responsible for:

Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and transportation Communicating with our team to identify ways to enhance client care Reviewing the care plan before each visit and accurately documenting tasks Complying with all current policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines Responding promptly to scheduling communications from the care coordination team

What we're looking for:

Valid PSW certification or current nursing license Ability to travel independently to client locations Comfortable using an app to clock in and out of visits Current (or willingness to obtain) criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening Current (or willingness to obtain) TB test
