Your Role as a Caregiver:

Assist with everyday tasks such as meals, hygiene, housekeeping, errands, and companionship Communicate openly with the care team to enhance client well-being Review care plans before visits and document tasks completed Adhere to agency guidelines and relevant healthcare standards Respond promptly to scheduling updates from the care coordination team

Requirements:

Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate Ability to independently travel to client homes Comfortable using a mobile app for logging visits Willing to obtain a current Criminal Record Check (with Vulnerable Sector Search) Willing to provide a recent TB test result
