Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Support Workers (PSW), Health Care Aides, Nursing Students, DSWs and Home Helpers to join our team and provide exceptional care for our clients. A valid PSW certificate and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a Senior care setting is an asset. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing quality care. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring clients\xe2\x80\x99 physical and mental health
- Prompting medications and treatments as prescribed
- Keeping accurate records of care
- Assisting clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
