Position Overview

Role:

Personal Support Worker - Pediatric Home Care

Locations:

Homes throughout

Mississauga and Milton, Ontario

Schedule Options:

Full Day:

Monday to Friday |

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Morning Shift:

Monday to Friday |

7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Afternoon Shift:

Monday to Friday |

3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Weekends:

Shifts between

4-6 hours

based on client needs

Your Role

As a PSW at Zen Physio Inc., you'll be a trusted partner in care. Your presence will offer reassurance to families and joyful companionship to the children you support.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting children with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and other daily care needs Assisting with mobility and safe use of positioning devices Promoting independence while ensuring safety and dignity Engaging in play-based or therapeutic activities to support development Observing and documenting changes in physical or emotional well-being Supporting family members by offering consistent communication and peace of mind Maintaining a clean and organized care environment Collaborating closely with Zen Physio's care team and families to adapt care strategies as needed

What You Bring

Completion of a

Personal Support Worker Certificate

from an accredited institution Experience working with

pediatric clients

, especially in home or community settings

CPR/First Aid (BLS)

certification, current and valid

Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening

Fully Vaccinated with a Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a child-centered approach to care Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
