We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing assistance to individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and those requiring additional support in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Duties

Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medication as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support clients in social activities and community engagement to enhance their quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and caregivers, to develop individualized care plans. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in hospice care or assisted living settings.
