PSW Instructor - Toronto Campus

Position Summary:

We are looking for a PSW Instructor who will teach the entire NACC Accredited PSW program. We are looking for a Personal Support Worker Instructor who is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of two years of experience in any Canadian health care field preferably in long-term care settings. The teaching experience of the PSW program is a great asset.

Job Responsibilities:

Delivering instruction that meets module and program objectives as set out in the curriculum Evaluating student performance fairly and consistently Contributing to the development of curriculum and instructional materials must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration and NO practice restrictions with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) a minimum of two (2) years current, relevant work experience in a Canadian clinical environment, preferably in a long-term care/community/chronic care setting; and At least 1 year experience as a Instructor of any vocational program GPA Certified Coach

Requirements:

Must be an RN with current good standing with CNO, experience in Long Term Care setting and preferably teaching experience in PSW program.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Rate: $26 - $30 per hour

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

RN with CNO (required) GPA Coach Certificate (preferred)
