Job Overview:
We are a private client looking for compassionate dedicated Support Worker to join our team to help care for our 24 year old son. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of caregiving, including assisted living, The role involves providing essential support for day to day activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meals and walks
- Provide companionship regular emotional and communications support. Listening and sharing life stories.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Oversee taking of medication on time and according to direction
- Assist with transportation for appointments or errands. Vehicle can be provided.
- Other related routine matters that may be required from time to time

Requirements:

- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or community homes
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
- Compassionate attitude and empathy towards care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- ABA Training would be a great asset.
