Personal Support Worker

Job Description
We are looking for a part time (20 hours per week) community caregiver to help a senior living in their home. This is located in Coldwater, Ontario.
The schedule is* Monday through Friday from *approximately 4pm to 8pm.
Your typical day:
- Assist with one-on-one support for elderly clients
- Keep clients engaged and safe
- Assist at mealtimes
- All other tasks required by the care plan
- A passion for the job in helping others
- Companionship and friendship
- Access to reliable transportation G License and valid insurance (is an asset)
- Demonstrated working experience with the elderly, knowledgeable with respect to their needs
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with residents, families, and visitors
- All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- Proof of valid Covid19 vaccines, including a booster shot
