Access Better Living Inc. is a not-for-profit organization promoting independent living and community involvement for seniors and persons with disabilities through the provision of quality services and housing. We are seeking to hire Permanent Part-Time Personal Support Workers (PSW) to work in our community-based Assisted Living High Risk Senior and Low Acuity Programs within a unionized environment in Cochrane. As a Personal Support Worker, you will be able to assist seniors with disabilities with activities of daily living as directed by their individual care plan. Services range from personal support to homemaking. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 PSW certification, DSW Certification, have completed the First Year of RPN or RN Program, or any relevant experience demonstrating skills and knowledge related to the position \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to follow instructions and work independently \xc2\xb7 Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory \xc2\xb7 Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays \xc2\xb7 Must possess a valid driver\'s license and insurance, as the use of your personal vehicle is required.
