Job Description

As a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you'll be the go-to resource for clients, managing a block of personal lines business and delivering exceptional service at every step. You'll handle policy writing and processing, assist senior advisors with complex requests, and ensure administrative tasks like month-end reporting and MVD transactions run smoothly. Your role is all about building strong client relationships, solving problems efficiently, and supporting the team to keep operations seamless.

What You'll Do



Manage and grow a block of Personal Lines insurance business Work efficiently and with a mindset of exceptional service Execute and support branch operations by backing up MVD services and other front desk workflows as required. Enhance team efficiency by assisting Senior staff by preparing revisions and other policy management functions Write and issue a wide range of policies, including home, auto, farm, travel, hail coverage, specialty products and event insurance Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction. Contribute to branch success by taking on additional duties or projects as assigned by the Manager.
