Description of the roles we recruit for:

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about providing expert advice and want to leverage their talent and personality in a modern, energetic environment. Responsibilities in these roles typically include:

Providing clients with personalized quotes using products from the largest insurers in the brokerage network. Responding to client needs with attentiveness, efficiency, and professionalism. Participating in various related tasks to discover multiple facets of the brokerage profession. Having the opportunity to specialize in either sales or customer service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Hold a valid AMF license in Personal Lines Damage Insurance (mandatory). Demonstrate dynamism and strong communication skills. Possess an excellent team spirit and a strong desire to achieve set goals. Be motivated to provide exceptional customer service.

Asset:

Previous experience in a brokerage firm or financial institution.

Note:

Many of our clients value experience and potential over formal academic qualifications. Training opportunities for unlicensed candidates may sometimes be available.
