Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. Assist customers with a risk management solution and provide detailed information about features and benefits. Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Process endorsements and renewals accurately in the system. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and customer service skills. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an insurance broker. RIBO Licensed Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Ability to work effectively and build rapport with customers quickly. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is essential. Must be able to multi-task as needed to meet customer demands.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
