Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts, providing expert insurance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop existing client accounts to ensure renewal and retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
Provide clients with comprehensive insurance advice and policy recommendations
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products
Qualifications:
Proven experience in insurance, brokerage, or a related customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred)
