Personal Lines Account Executive

Personal Lines Account Executive.

Responsibilities would include:

Managing an established book of business (servicing, renewals, remarkets)

Responsible for incoming sales of personal auto and home insurance existing business.

Responsible for cross-selling our current portfolio

Exceptional Customer Service

Qualifications:

Must have a General Insurance License level 1

Working towards CAIB or CIP

Experience in Personal Lines at least 1 year

Knowledge of some personal lines insurance company portals/autoplus

Knowledge of broker management system (power-broker preferable)

Possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Be goal oriented with a belief in quality customer service.

Great interpersonal & communication skills

A positive and energetic attitude

Possess strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with technology.

Works well in a team environment
