Personal Insurance Sales Brokers

to join their dynamic teams in either Elmira, Kitchener, Cambridge or New Hamburg. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and solving problems while working in a supportive, team-based environment.

What You'll Do

Actively seek out and generate new personal insurance business Provide accurate quotes for clients Conduct risk assessments where necessary Review and revise insurance policies with clients to ensure appropriate and complete coverage Prepare applications for policies sold Some travel between branches with occasional work after hours

What You'll Bring

Valid RIBO License with post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience are required Prior experience in a personal insurance environment is an asset Industry designation or currently pursuing one (e.g. CAIB, CIP), considered an asset Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services, considered an asset
