If so, this is the CAREER for you.As a Personal Insurance Executive, our Personal Lines division of HUB International is focused on our clients providing expert advice and solutions based on our clients insurance needs utilizing our own in house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk and regular market offerings tailored for our clients.What you will bring to the team -Level 2 General Insurance License3 yrs minimum Experience as a PL producer or account managerExperience in high value home, hobby farm, and home-based commercial exposures is requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsYou are a problem solver offering unique solutions utilizing all offerings at Hub InternationalYou are finding a way to say YES for the clientYou are results driven and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding your goalsYou are always responsive and have a sense of urgency to serve the clients needs as your top priorityYou are a claims advocate for your clientYou enjoy building your new business relationships by asking for the businessYou enjoy establishing referrals through local Realtors, Notaries, Mortgage Brokers and Centers of influence in your communityYou will seek out leads through other business lines including auto and commercialSalary Expectations -The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidates book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $55,000.00 to $75,000.00, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific positions business line, scope and level.
