Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service
Greeting customers in person and by telephone
Managing an established book of business
Cross-selling
Maintaining accurate records
Writing New Business
Requirements
A General Insurance License is preferred but we will train the right person;
Experience in Personal Lines would be an asset;
Work well in a team environment;
Great interpersonal and communication skills;
Possess strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
Must have a positive and energetic attitude;
Possess strong problem solving skills and be comfortable with technology.
