Personal Injury Account Manager

Are you looking for a change from the traditional law firm or corporate insurance company? CaseMark Financial Inc. is a rapidly growing boutique Litigation Finance company. We specialize in providing financing solutions to individual plaintiffs, law firms and lawyers in the personal injury market. We are seeking to add a motivated professional law clerk, paralegal or individual with claims adjusting experience. Candidates are required to have experience in the personal injury market and apply and develop those skills in an entrepreneurial environment. The position is located in downtown Toronto with potential for some remote work arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct client intakes via telephone Answer telephone calls and email enquiries Draft loan agreements and organize files in the loan management system Follow up with clients, lawyers and law clerks to obtain legal and supporting documentation Manage an abeyance system for follow ups General Office Duties as Required Assist with Marketing Initiatives
Candidate Requirements:

1-3 years experience working in a personal injury law office or insurance company Experience in Accident Benefits is an asset Strong understanding of tort claim principles and insurance procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Experience working with a loan management system Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments Ability to work in a sales driven entrepreneurial environment

Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
