Position: Personal Executive Assistant to Founder & Philanthropist
Location: Toronto, ON (On-Site)
Salary: Competitive annual salary + bonus + full benefits + 3 weeks of vacation
Job Type: Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a distinguished Founder and Philanthropist whose interests span business, philanthropy, and personal investments.
This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support - it requires a professional with Chief of Staff sensibilities: someone who can think strategically, manage complexity, and act as a trusted extension of the Founder's office. You'll work closely with a small, collaborative Executive Support Team to ensure priorities are anticipated, communication flows seamlessly, and both professional and personal commitments are executed with excellence.
This is an ideal opportunity for a poised, intuitive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and finds fulfillment in bringing structure, foresight, and calm to the day of a visionary leader.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Founder, providing comprehensive support across professional, philanthropic, and personal activities.
- Manage complex calendars, correspondence, travel, and logistics with impeccable attention to detail.
- Anticipate needs and proactively create systems that streamline decision-making and day-to-day flow.
- Liaise with philanthropic partners, business leaders, and household staff with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and execute special projects, events, and initiatives in collaboration with the broader team.
- Maintain oversight of priorities and timelines to ensure key objectives are achieved.
- Provide after-hours support when required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, entrepreneur, or principal within a family office, private wealth, or high-growth environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to grasp complex initiatives and priorities.
- Naturally anticipatory, organized, and detail-oriented, with a calm and confident demeanor.
- Emotionally intelligent and relationship-driven, able to interact comfortably with individuals at all levels.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable navigating both structured systems and unstructured environments.
- Flexible to provide after-hours or travel-related support as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as occasional travel between residences, offices, and event locations will be required.
Why This Role:
This is a rare opportunity to support a visionary Founder whose work blends business leadership with meaningful philanthropic impact. You'll play a central role in enabling their success-combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution.
If you're a seasoned Executive Assistant ready to step into a role that operates at a Chief of Staff level-balancing thought partnership, judgment, and service-this position offers an unparalleled chance to make a lasting impact within a trusted, values-driven environment.
