We are growing and have a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Personal Lines. We are looking for someone to join our outstanding team! Responsibilities:

Sales and servicing of an existing book of personal lines clients. Maintain accurate up-to-date client records on our broker management system. Writing new business, ensuring quality and accuracy of rating. Process all change requests, endorsements, and renewals online with company portals. Review renewal policies for accuracy and premium, ensuring a high retention rate. Assess risks, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation. Offer exceptional service to clients while building and managing client relationships Answer all calls in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

Excellent telephone etiquette and writing skills. High attention to detail and accuracy with proven time management and organizational skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Applied Rating Services and TAM Broker Management System, Ability to prioritize tasks based on the business needs Develop and maintain a positive, professional image with clients and staff .

Experience:

Personal Insurance: 1-2 years (Required) Knowledge of TAM is a strong asset. Knowledge of Company Portals

Licensee:

Level 1 General Insurance (Required)

Compensation:

Compensation is determined by education, work experience, and accomplishments in the Insurance Industry.
