Nature of Home Health

• Hours: We have a wide variety of visits that range from a 3-hour visit per client up to a 12-hour visit per shift
• Clients: We provide service to all people in the vulnerable sector

Scopes and Limitations

• Companionship
• Bedside Care
• Light Housekeeping
• Personal Care
• Meal Preparation
• Transfer-If there are mechanical lifts present, we as a company will provide training before exposure to the client

Supplies

• We will be providing all the PPE for free

• Masks
• Gloves
• Gowns
• Sanitizers
• Face Shields
• Googles

At Bayshore all new hires must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada (e.g., two doses of a two dose vaccine series or one dose of a single- dose vaccine series); AND have received the final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to the official start date of hire. Qualifications

Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience preferred.

Driver's license and vehicle an asset.
