We offer casual home and community care jobs.(PSWxe2x80x99s) Personal Support Worker OR Health Care Aide (HCA) Certificates required and those who have their own personal vehicle and drive is an asset.Available locations: Durham Region! As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide high-quality and compassionate care to your clients on a one-to-one basis in client's private home and provide exceptional customer service.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESxc2xb7 Provide homemaking services including, but not limited to cleaning, cooking, laundry and general household management.xc2xb7 Provide companionship and/or accompany clients to activities and events in the community.xc2xb7 Provide personal care service according to directions on the care plan.xc2xb7 Ensures that the emotional, spiritual, physical comfort and safety of clients are met to the greatest possible extent.xc2xb7 Help with client specific activities of daily living (personal assistance tasks)xc2xb7 Perform specialized, client specific procedures for which recognized training and current competency can be demonstrated.xc2xb7 Observe and document client conditions according to company standards, report unusual events or changes in the clientxe2x80x99s condition to the immediate Supervisor or to the Officexc2xb7 Understands and implements infection prevention practices.Why Bayshore?

• You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
• You are dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care
• You have a reliable mode of transportation
• You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one
• You are seeking a Personal Care role, you have completed a formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience
