Personal Caregiver
Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their daily activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Duties: - Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises - Administer medications following prescribed schedules - Prepare and serve nutritious meals - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment - Offer companionship and emotional support to clients - Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to the appropriate medical personnel Skills: - Experience in senior care or nursing home settings - Knowledge of dementia care practices - Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and respect - Proficiency in meal preparation and nutrition guidelines - Capability to perform light cleaning duties efficiently - Competency in medication administration under supervision - Capacity for heavy lifting when necessary - Strong interpersonal skills for effective caregiving If you possess a caring nature and the required skills, we welcome you to apply for this rewarding Caregiver position.
