We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medication management
- Monitor and report changes in the individual's health or behavior
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual
Requirements
- Experience or certification in caregiving, patient care, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, senior care, and hospice care is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards those in need of care
