Home Support Worker/Personal Care Attendant Instructor
The Instructor plays a vital role in the proper delivery of Academy Canada's programs.
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Program preparation and delivery, including the development and/or maintenance of course portfolios and a teacher planner.
Completion of all preparatory work exclusive of regular student contact hours. Maintain student records/files as per College policy. Conduct and record student evaluations, both academic and practical. Properly maintain current student attendance records, monitor student progress and manage student grades.
Qualifications include:
Current Registered Nurse Association of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador 6 years combined education and relevant work experience Preference will be given to RN's with experience in long-term care/community/chronic care
