(1) PCA Personal Care Attendant Position

The Position

Do you have a passion for providing seniors with high quality care and support? Do you enjoy working in a fantastic environment? If so, Twin Town Retirement is looking for (1) Personal Care Attendant to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate must be a caring and compassionate individual who enjoy interacting with seniors and assisting them with their daily living activities. Candidate must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude every day.

Qualifications

Personal Care Attendant course is considered an asset, but not required

Upon hire the successful candidate must obtain the following requirements: Certificate of Conduct (including vulnerable sector check), First Aid/ CPR Certificate, TB testing, Medical and Immunization records

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Assisting residents as required with bathing, grooming, mobility and transferring Monitor and report any changes or concerns to a resident's condition, behavior, or health care needs. Answer all call bells . Changing bedding and assisting with serving residents meals. Completing and documenting all necessary documentation pertaining to residents care/conditions Assist to enhance dining experience. Others duties as assigned
