Schedule

: All shifts (Days, Evenings and Nights)

Weekends-only

. Overtime and on-call as needed. Please note, you may voluntarily pick up shifts during the week (monday-friday) but will not be assigned during weekdays except in extreme emergencies. This is a great option for students, or applicants with other jobs.

Compensation

:


Starting rate of pay $27.21/hour for eligible direct services.


Compensation for Travel Time, Staff Education and Development or Team Meetings at $23.93/hour


PLUS Mileage Reimbursed at $0.43/km as applicable

Part-time employees

are eligible to receive

8% in lieu

of benefits

in addition to vacation

- For those who graduated from a recognized PSW program on or after April 1st, 2023 and commit to at least 12 months of

full-time

employment, you may be eligible for up to $10,000

valid Canadian Driver's License

and have

regular access to a reliable vehicle

Valid automobile insurance with liability coverage Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends and understand the nature of our work and the importance of good attendance and reliability. Some caregiving experience is not required, but is an asset A PSW, DSW certificate or experience/education in a similar role is an asset but not required. Successful Candidates will be required to obtain a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
