We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant / Household helper to provide support across multiple private and corporate properties while assisting with personal, and corporate administrative tasks. This unique position offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities--ranging from household upkeep to office support--and requires someone who can work independently with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the upkeep of multiple residential & commercial properties
Provide general administrative support (emails, scheduling, filing, document management)
Assist with meal preparation, menu planning, and grocery shopping
Maintain household organization: cleaning, laundry, tidying, and decluttering
Drive to appointments, errands, and property sites as needed
Support seasonal gardening and outdoor maintenance
Liaise with household contractors, vendors, and service providers
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
Comfortable cooking and maintaining an organized home environment
Previous experience in personal assisting, household & company management, or administrative roles is an asset
