Overview


We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of aircraft through thorough maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, with experience in both electrical and mechanical systems, and will be comfortable working with various hand and power tools. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety.

Responsibilities



Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections on aircraft to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including avionics components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to complete maintenance tasks effectively. Assemble and disassemble aircraft components as needed for repairs or inspections. Read and interpret schematics, CAD drawings, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes. Electrical experience is highly desirable, particularly in avionics systems. Familiarity with AutoCAD, calipers, schematics, and welding techniques is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance tasks. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to aircraft repair and assembly. A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
