The Growing Grove Childcare is looking for a
Permanent part-time Early Childhood Educator
to join our passionate and dedicated team. We are a small, relationship-focused program with a strong foundation in play-based learning and the Reggio Emilia philosophy.Working Hours
Various shifts between
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
, working2-4 days per week
. Working days to be confirmed upon hiring, with eitherMonday to Wednesday
orWednesday to Friday
as mandatory core days.Salary & Benefits:
Wage $21-23/hour
(plus $6/hour Wage Enhancement, if applicable, based on experience and qualifications)*Paid sick days 2 weeks summer break and 2weeks winter break Paid breaks are provided if no one is available to cover your break.
Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of work experience
in the field Must be a current Canadian resident and/or legally entitled to work in Canada 3 written references from practicum supervisors or childcare employers Valid ECE Certificate (please include a copy with your application)*Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate Clear Criminal Record Check
