Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing friendly service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper accounting of all sales. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Uphold food handling standards and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Smart Serve Required CPIC Required
