Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time C-Store Supervisor for our Palliser Gas Bar C Store in Yorkton, SK.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel "at home here." This will be accomplished by:


Supervising and delegating employees' workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures. Completing reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process. Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching. Onboarding and training new staff. Demonstrating leadership in the operation of cash registers, and fuel pumps. Assisting with interviews as needed. General Gas Bar duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operate POS system, dispensing fuel.

Considered an asset to have prior supervisory experience (not mandate) You have above average communication skills and computer skills You have retail experience in the areas of customer service and merchandising Considered an asset to have knowledge of Gas Bar operations Willing to actively learn and expand knowledge of Gas Bar Operations You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs., climb ladders, and kneel
