Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Permanent Make-up or Tattoo Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic background, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Compensation: Booth Rental or Commission split.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their tattoo or Permanent Makeup ideas and preferences, providing professional advice on design and placement. Prepare the workstation by sanitizing equipment and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with health regulations. Execute tattoos and PMU with precision, ensuring high-quality artistry while adhering to safety protocols. Provide aftercare instructions to clients to promote healing and satisfaction with the final product. Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Engage in product demonstrations for clients interested in aftercare products or other related services. Maintain excellent customer service standards, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Experience

Proven experience as a PMU or Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Background in customer service or hospitality is preferred, enhancing the overall client experience. Familiarity with sanitation practices and health regulations within the tattoo industry is essential. Additional skills in retail sales or product demos can be advantageous for promoting aftercare products.

Pay: Up to $148.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
