Provide input and guidance in the development of policies and standards for nursing practice and delegated/controlled acts.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary, community, and academic partners to advance best practices in clinical education within developmental services.
Adapt education approaches to reflect the changing needs of supported individuals, staff, and programs.

Educate and coach staff on applying person-directed approaches for individuals with chronic conditions and medical complexities, including strategies to engage families and caregivers in education where appropriate.
Identify training needs and anticipate the impact of service changes on staff competence and readiness.
