Perlite Assistant Operator

We are currently looking for a Perlite Assistant Operator for our plant located in Baie-Sainte-Anne. In this role, you will be the go-to person ensuring that the perlite operator has everything they need to perform their job efficiently.

JOB SUMMARY:

Supply equipment with raw materials using a forklift; Assist in operating production equipment (perlite furnace); Perform minor adjustments during the production process; Ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards; Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; Ability to work as part of a team and follow established procedures; Good physical condition (manual handling, heat, dust); Attention to detail and compliance with instructions; Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

Permanent position; 40 hours per week; Availability to work day, evening and night shifts; Possibility to bank overtime hours.
